Refund policy

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

You must return items back to us within 30 days of delivery.

If 30 days have gone by since you received the purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no signs or wear, this includes any marks, scratches or stains. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable

If you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to hello@mooandmai.com or send us a message on instagram @mooandmai. Please include a note in your returns package containing your order number, name, shipping address and email.

The buyer is responsible for paying for covering the costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your parcel goes missing as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item has been received and accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
